Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky from 90 Day Fiancé are taking a trip to undergo surgery. The procedure will be administrated by Dr. Jesús Flores of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Neck Contouring
TheThings spoke with Annie and David's manager Dominique Enchinton on the matter.
The talent agency Dominton Talent House owner explained, "They (the doctors) went viral because this doctor has developed a special technique that no other surgeon has. Contouring the neck area."
"It's under the neck and chin. David's going to have a complete transformation...They're having doctors from Dubai and all over the world wanting Dr. Flores to teach them the technique."
The Cardé Clinic just received a new machine for the surgery, with which David will reportedly be one of the first patients to experience. We're not certain if this process will be filmed and made accessible to viewers.
The device is called J-Plasma and according to online sources it, "is used to turn helium gas into plasma that is then used to resurface the skin. It is used to lift, tighten and rejuvenate the skin. It can be used on any part of the body."

David and Annie have won over the hearts of 90 Day Fiance viewers with their genuine connection and appreciation for each other's cultures. Although they received criticism over financial hurdles in the past, the two are doing better than ever.
Dr. Flores' clinic has about 30,000 followers on Instagram and while his earlier posts received a low amount of traction, his neck procedure is attracting a brand new audience.
