Please, it was a one second shot out of the forty-odd D/P episodes made so far. IIRC, most of the fandom didn't even notice it; I certainly didn't. It was only brought to everyones attention by the miniscule minority who actually go over every episode in slow motion to try and find those miniscule things to drool over.

Maybe some of these moments are put in by animators for the original fans who are aging and probably have different "interests" now (noticeable mostly with the camera angles on May), but for the most part it's just the perverted minority who search for these things, or indeed, even notice them in the first place.
