To some die-hard fans, Jelena (Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's relationship, RIP) is not dead. On Sunday night, they were in for a treat when they noticed some unprecedented activity on their Instagram feeds: Justin started following Selena, again.

Bieber reportedly unfollowed his ex two years ago (bless the person who filtered through his entire Following list in order to confirm the news). His surprising re-following surprised the internet, and they naturally took to Twitter to respond. 

However, the Purpose singer is guilty of teasing his fans with Selena throwbacks on the app. He's previously posted pictures of them together on vacation, including a photo of them kissing, on which Gomez commented "Perfect," thus creating an even greater frenzy.
