Tanita Myers from Black Information Network was a producer, broadcaster, manager, and anchor for local news. She worked at Reach Media for 15 years as senior director of radio operations before joining the Black Information Network at iHeartMedia. Previously, Myers held the positions of Executive Producer of The Rickey Smiley Morning Show and Director of Operations for The Tom Joyner Morning Show. Various radio stations in Phoenix, Dallas, and Flint, Michigan, have played her on the air.

She started her career as a midday host or promotional director at Mobley Broadcasting in 1992. Two years later, she went on to work as an entertainment reporter at Phoenix Radio Stations.

Myers spent most of her life at Reach Media Inc, almost six years as Director of radio operations and almost ten years as senior director of radio operations.

Before getting into the Black Information Network, she was an executive producer at Westwood One for one and half years. She created format clocks, developed benchmarks/features, coached on-air talent, booked guests, executed morning show promotions, established community relationships, directed morning show imaging, and implemented PR initiatives and special projects as designated by the Operations Manager.
